Chuck Brown

CEO

Chuck Brown is the founder and CEO of Infinity, Inc. With over 30 years of experience in computer network support and IT consulting, Chuck understands that the key to developing effective technology solutions lies in understanding how a company operates.

Before cofounding Infinity, Chuck worked at the City of Savannah’s Information Services Department for 15 years, where he played a pivotal role in transitioning the city from a Unisys mainframe environment to a modern Windows network. Around this time, he also helped small businesses implement smart technology solutions. This led him to realize the need for local IT support. He partnered with his brother David to launch Infinity, Inc. in January 1999.

Chuck and his wife, Jill, have five children. They are actively involved in their church and various family activities. In his free time, Chuck enjoys hunting and competitive shooting. He’s also co-written a bestselling book as of April 2020.

David Brown

COO

David Brown is the COO of Infinity, Inc., overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the company is moving forward to reach its strategic goals. His responsibilities include consulting, management, planning, and engineering.

With over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, David has a unique understanding of the challenges that small to mid-size businesses face today. Before joining Infinity, he spent eight years as Systems Manager for the US District Court, where he helped transition the court from typewriters and paper dockets to a fully electronic system that included remote access to scanned court documents.

David and his wife, Melanie, have three children. They are active in their church and enjoy water sports, fishing, and traveling.

Jeff Rolen

VP of Operations

Jeff Rolen is Infinity’s VP of Operations, overseeing client satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency. With over 15 years of experience in service improvement and operational excellence, Jeff is dedicated to minimizing downtime and maximizing results for clients.

He loves spending his free time with his wife, Ariel, and their two children. He also enjoys watching football and coaching his daughter in softball.

Raechel Kaminskas

Service Manager

Raechel Kaminskas is the Service Manager of Infinity, Inc., bringing over 15 years of customer service expertise. Her tenure includes four years in dispatch with Infinity, giving her unique insights into both client needs and internal operations. Raechel takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring swift and effective solutions by leveraging her deep understanding of the team and clients.

Her leadership style is characterized by empathy, humility, and a commitment to excellence, enabling her team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
