You provide most of the information that Infinity, and/or its agents, vendors, consultants, and other service providers (“Service Providers“) collects. Infinity and/or its Service Providers may collect information you provide directly to Infinity and/or its Service Providers via the Website.

Except to the extent required by applicable law, Demographic Information is “non-Personal Information” (i.e., data that is not Personal Information under this Privacy Policy).
Further, Personal Information once “De-identified” (i.e., the removal or modification of the personally identifiable elements, or the extraction non-personally identifiable elements including through anonymization, and/or hashing) is also non-Personal Information and may be used and shared without obligation to you, except as prohibited by applicable law. We do not attempt to re-identify the de-identified data and implement reasonable administrative and technical controls to prevent the data from being associated with an individual.

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

To appeal a decision regarding a consumer rights request you may send an email to info@infinityinc.us stating the reasons for your appeal. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding appeal requests. You will receive a response to your appeal request within 45 days.
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a request to: info@infinityinc.us. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

We restrict access to information about you to those Infinity employees who need to know the information in order to perform their jobs, such as servicing your accounts, providing you with information you request, or notifying you of new products and services. To protect your personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in keeping with industry standards and practices, and we review and adjust these safeguards regularly in response to advances in technology.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure such as encryption, regular software updates, audits, and security plugins. We secure information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment.
